By creating an account or using smiemiesub (website or mobile app), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services

We provide digital services including airtime, data, cable TV, electricity payments, and related VTU products in Nigeria. Service availability depends on upstream providers and may change without notice.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password and transaction PIN confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or deactivate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• You may delete your account at any time via the app or website, subject to a zero wallet balance. See Delete Account.

Payments and Wallet

• Wallet funding and purchases are final once a provider has successfully delivered the service.
• Failed transactions may be refunded to your wallet after verification.
• Prices and discounts may change. Confirmed purchase amounts apply at the time of order.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, resell services in violation of provider terms without authorization, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Disclaimers

Services depend on third-party networks and payment partners. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by those providers, force majeure, or incorrect details you enter (wrong phone number, meter number, etc.).

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
